A package list tells you what will be installed. It does not tell you whether the radio will reach the lifeboat station, whether the batteries will last the blackout, or whether two transmitters will interfere on the same mast. Twenty-eight calculations and studies answer those questions — and every one is issued before the drawings that depend on it.

Every package whose performance is spatial — trunked radio, marine and aeronautical radio, wireless, cellular, public address, personnel tracking, camera and detection coverage, satellite look-angle blockage — is issued with heat maps on the facility general arrangement, at each relevant level, against a stated colour scale and threshold. You can see the coverage, not just be told it was calculated.
Floating production is a project industry — engineers move between operators, yards and contractors with every award, and no crew stays together for long. The record below belongs to the core architects: the people who shaped these programmes, from concept through FEED, conversion, redeployment and life extension, and who were on board when the systems were proved.
